Rental Booking Policy

Booking Policy

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Rental Period:
The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental agreement and ends on the agreed-upon return date. Extensions may be possible but must be arranged in advance and are subject to additional charges.
 
Delivery and Pickup:
Delivery and pickup of event props will be arranged as specified in the rental agreement. Any additional delivery or pickup requests beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.

Usage:
Props must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and handled with care. Any misuse or damage resulting from improper use is the responsibility of the renter.

Damage and Loss:
The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the props during the rental period. In case of damage or loss, the renter will be charged for repairs or replacement costs as determined by us.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Props should be returned in the same condition as received. If additional cleaning or maintenance is required due to the renter’s use, extra charges may apply.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Strictly no cancellation or refund once orders have been placed. In the unfortunate event, you may either postpone OR changes to store credits. Please inform us at least 7 days in advance during working hours. 


In the event of cancellation made,
: Less than 7 working days, no postponement & cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount billed.
: More than 7 working days, we can postpone or keep it as store credits.

Changes and Amendments:
If you need to change your Delivery/Self Collection & Time. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance during working hours.  If you notify us less than 2 days before your scheduled Delivery/Self Collection and our team has already packed your order and we regret that we are unable to accommodate changes.

Refundable Deposit

In order to ensure the proper core and protection of our products, we have implemented a refundable deposit policy.

Refundable Deposit Amount:
We require a refundable deposit of 2x your rental amount or more & is payable in PayNow/PayLah. This deposit will be returned once the items are returned on time and undamaged in their original condition.

Purpose of Deposit:
It is intended to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or any additional charges incurred during event.

Take note: 
Ensure that all rental items are returned in their original boxes/packaging. Missing or damaged boxes/packaging will incur a one-time charge of $10.

Ensure that fairy lights are returned in their original packaging, with each fairy light string individually bundled. A one-time charge of $10 will be deducted from the security deposit if the lights are tangled together.

Stained fabric will incur a cleaning fee of $10 per piece of fabric. This applies to backdrop cloth, table runners, batik cloth and shawls.

Before Ordering Partybang Rental Items

Booking and Payment
A reservation must be made at least 5 - 10 days in advance to ensure availability. 100% payment &  deposit of $100 - $300 is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the event date

Setup and Teardown
The setup and takedown of backdrops will be handled by our team. Setup will occur 1-2 hours before the event starts to ensure everything is in place. Takedown will be completed after the event as specified in the agreement.

Access and Space
Please provide clear access to the setup area and ensure it is free of obstacles. Any specific setup requirements or constraints should be communicated in advance. We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues or unprepared venues.

Cancelation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event.

In the event of Postpone or Cancellation made,
: 14 days or more
You can choose to postpone or keep as store credits
7 days before event
No Postponement, Rental set up 50% Refund provided, Custom set up 20% Refund provided
2 day before event or same day 
No postponement & cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount billed.

E.g. 14 days before event
On 1st September, Jane ordered $280 Minimalist Rental backdrop Set up A + $50 Helium Balloons for her event for 30th September. Unfortunately, she had received news on the 10th September and had to postpone/cancel her event. In this case, it was informed 20 days before event, order can be postpone to a later date (subjected to availability) or keep as store credits.

E.g. 7 days before event
On 1st September, Jane ordered $280 Minimalist Rental backdrop Set up A + $50 Helium Balloons for her event for 30th September. Unfortunately, she had received news on the 25th September and had to cancel her event. In this case, it was informed 5 days before event, no postponement is allowed but 
50% refund is provided for the Minimalist rental backdrop $280 x 50% = $140 Refund
$50 Helium balloons can be postpone to another date

E.g. 2 day before event or same day
On 1st September, Jane ordered $280 Minimalist Rental backdrop Set up A + $50 Helium Balloons for her event for 30th September. Unfortunately, she had received news on the 28 September and had to cancel her event. In this case, it was informed only 2 day before event, hence, there is no postponement & cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount billed. 

Changes and Amendments
Any changes to the booking, including adjustments to the setup or additional requests, must be communicated as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

After Receiving

Upon receiving your rental items, we recommend inspecting them for any defects or missing items. Do  check the item at least one day before your event date so that we can help to solve the problem as soon as possible. If you identify any issues with the product(s), please Whatsapp us at +65 8042 2243 with photo proof and we will facilitate either options listed below. After this, it is understood that you have accepted the items.

In the case when items are checked & informed on the date of delivery/collection:

Missing/ Faulty Item: 
We apologise for missing out your item, kindly call us (+65 8042 2243) to assist you. We will allow re-collect (Collection Order) or re-delivery (Delivery Order) within the same or next day


Liability:
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred due to the use of the rented props. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages resulting from the use of the props.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the renter and will apply to future rentals.
