We accept refund/ re-delivery (1-3 working days) / re-pick up (same or next day) within 14 days from the order date.

We accept refund/ re-collection/re-delivery due to manufacturing defects within 2 hours from the time of delivery/collection.

We accept re-collection/re-delivery for rental products, if item was packed incorrectly or faulty.
