Helium & Air Filled Balloons Policy
Before Ordering Partybang Balloons
🎈Ready to make your event magical with our helium balloons? Just a heads-up: understanding their floating time can help you time your order perfectly! To keep your balloons looking their best and floating high, plan for delivery or pickup 1 to 2 hours before your big moment. That way, you'll ensure they’re at their peak when everyone’s eyes are on them! 🌟
You may refer to the table below for the estimated floating times of different balloon types:
- 12 Inch Latex Helium Balloons: 6-8 hours
- 12 Inch Latex Helium Balloons (With ULTRA HI-FLOAT®) : 20 hours
- 36 Inch Latex Helium Balloons: up to 20 hours
- 18 Inch Foil Helium Balloons: up to 20 hours
- 24 Inch Bubble Helium T-Balloons: up to 72 hours / 3 days

These factors can be influenced by weather conditions, temperature, and the way the balloons are handled and transported. It's normal for balloons to gradually become softer and smaller over time.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Strictly no cancellation or refund once orders have been placed. In the unfortunate event, you may either postpone OR changes to store credits. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance during working hours.
Changes and Amendments:
If you need to change your Delivery/Self Collection Date/Time. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance during working hours. If you notify us less than 2 days before your scheduled Delivery/Self Collection and our team has already prepared your balloons, we regret that we are unable to accommodate changes.
After Receiving (Collection/ Delivery)
Balloon Delivery Policy
Our door-to-door islandwide delivery fee for all inflated balloons is currently $25 per trip (discounted price) island-wide, only excluding Sentosa (additional $5 per trip)
If your order exceeds the capacity of one trip, there will be an additional delivery fee of $25. Most orders will be handled by our in-house driver. However, if our in-house driver is fully booked, we may use third-party delivery services like Lalamove or Grab to ensure your order reaches you on time.
Upon receiving your helium balloons, we recommend inspecting them for any defects. If you identify any issues with the product(s), please Whatsapp us at +65 8042 2243 with photo proof and we will facilitate either options listed below. After this, it is understood that you have accepted the items.
With our balloon delivery service, we are fully responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery. We will compensate by either replacing the damaged balloons or providing a refund, provided you notify us within a 2-hour grace period.
If damage is reported after our staff have completed their shift or the shop is closed, we will proceed with processing a refund for the damaged items.
In the event that no one is there for drop off or pickup during the selected slot:
HDB: Items will be left outside the unit. (Proof of delivery would be sent)
Condominium: Items will be left outside the unit only If driver are able to contact you to access the unit. (Proof of delivery would be sent). Otherwise it would be considered as a failed delivery.
Hotel/Restaurants: If drivers are unable to contact you the items would be given to the staff at the venue with your name and contact details. (Proof of delivery would be sent)
Item will be delivered at the time-slot selected. In an unlikely event, due to weather or traffic conditions the actual delivery time might take extra 30-60mins.
Failed delivery: You may choose to pay re-delivery fees of $25 OR re-arrange delivery at the next available time slot OR you can collect / return at Primz Bizhub S737854.
Possible Early Delivery Notice
Due to our delivery schedules, your order might arrive 1-3 hours earlier than scheduled. We will make every effort to contact you in advance to coordinate and ensure everything is perfect for your event. If we do not receive a confirmation from you, we will proceed with the early delivery to avoid any potential delays, as we want to ensure everything is on time for your event.
We would like to minimise late or failed delivery cases, hence by ordering from Partybang you acknowledge that the delivery team are able to have a potential early deliver & leave the items outside your unit in a safe place deemed by them.
