Can I change my delivery address, date & time after placing an order?
Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your delivery address. If your order is scheduled within 48 hours, please call us (+65 8042 2243) immediately during office hours for assistance, subject to availability.

Can I arrange collect/delivery to be at 9am?
Yes, we can collect/deliver your order between 8-9am. As our operating hours are from 10am to 7pm, please note that there is an odd hour fee for early collection/deliveries. The fee is 25% of the total order (excluding the delivery charge) or $35, whichever is higher. This ensures that we can meet your needs outside of our regular delivery hours.
E.g. If your total order (excluding delivery charge) is $100, the odd hour fee will be $35 (since 25% of $100 is $25, which is less than $35).
Product $100 + Delivery $25 + Odd Hour Fees $35
E.g. If your total order (excluding delivery charge) is $200, the odd hour fee will be $50 (since 25% of $200 is $50, which is higher than $50).
Product $200 + Delivery $25 + Odd Hour Fees $50

Do I have to pay extra for delivery if I order a large quantity?
Partybang will notify you if the total number of balloons exceeds the capacity of one trip (equivalent to 60 pieces of 12” latex balloons), which may require an additional delivery fee. If your order necessitates two trips or a change of vehicle, an additional delivery fee of $25 will apply.

Do you deliver to units or inside malls/hotels/restaurants?
Yes, we provide door-to-door delivery for our helium balloon deliveries. However, in some hotels where direct access to rooms is restricted, we can only deliver to the reception area.
Collection Policy
We are open every day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, 10-7pm.

If any items are damaged, we will compensate by replacing them for you to re-collect, re-deliver or providing a refund.

Delivery Policy
We are available for delivery every day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Our door-to-door islandwide delivery fee for all inflated balloons/ rental items is currently $25 per trip (discounted price) island-wide, only excluding Sentosa (additional $5 per trip)
If your order exceeds the capacity of one trip, there will be an additional delivery fee of $25. Most orders will be handled by our in-house driver. However, if our in-house driver is fully booked, we may use third-party delivery services like Lalamove or Grab to ensure your order reaches you on time.
Upon receiving your items, we recommend inspecting them for any defects. If you identify any issues with the product(s), please Whatsapp us at +65 8042 2243 with photo proof and we will facilitate either options listed in the respective Terms & Conditions.
After this, it is understood that you have accepted the items.
In the event that no one is there for drop off or pickup during the selected slot:
HDB: Items will be left outside the unit. (Proof of delivery would be sent)
Condominium: Items will be left outside the unit only If driver are able to contact you to access the unit. (Proof of delivery would be sent). Otherwise it would be considered as a failed delivery.
Hotel/Restaurants: If drivers are unable to contact you the items would be given to the staff at the venue with your name and contact details. (Proof of delivery would be sent)Item will be delivered at the time-slot selected. In an unlikely event, due to weather or traffic conditions the actual delivery time might take extra 30-60mins.
Failed delivery: You may choose to pay re-delivery fees of $25 OR re-arrange delivery at the next available time slot OR you can collect / return at Primz Bizhub S737854.
Possible Early Delivery Notice
Due to our delivery schedules, your order might arrive 1-3 hours earlier than scheduled. We will make every effort to contact you at least one day in advance to coordinate and ensure everything is perfect for your event. If we do not receive a confirmation from you, we will proceed with the early delivery to avoid any potential delays, as we want to ensure everything is on time for your event.
We would like to minimise late or failed delivery cases, hence by ordering from Partybang you acknowledge that the delivery team are able to have a potential early deliver & leave the items outside your unit in a safe place deemed by them.
