Balloons FAQ 

  1. How long do helium balloons last?
    Helium in Latex 12 inch balloons typically float for about 6 to 8 hours, but this can vary based on factors like size, material, and environmental conditions. While helium Foil & Bubble T-Balloon balloons usually last longer up to 20 hours & 72 hours respectively. Helium is sensitive to temperature changes. Cold air causes the helium to shrink, which makes the balloon appear deflated, although it still floats. Heat can cause the helium to expand and the balloon to burst. Latex balloons are also sensitive to light and wind. Therefore, the best place to store a helium balloon is a cool room absent of wind. 

  2. What happens if my balloons damaged/ burst/ deflated ?

    Collection Orders Policy
    If any items are damaged, we will compensate by replacing them for you to re-collect or providing a refund,  provided you notify us within a 2-hour grace period.

    Delivery Orders Policy
    With our balloon delivery service, we are fully responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery. We will compensate by either replacing the damaged balloons or providing a refund, provided you notify us within a 2-hour grace period.

    In the event of re-delivery we will let you know the earliest possible time,  it may be 1-3 hours later due to ongoing delivery schedule. Otherwise, you may opt to either self collect or get a refund. 

    If damage is reported after our staff have completed their shift or the shop is closed, we will proceed with processing a refund for the damaged items or re-collect/re-deliver the next day.

    Upon receiving your helium balloons, we recommend inspecting them for any defects. If you identify any issues with the product(s), please Whatsapp us at +65 8042 2243 with photo proof and we will facilitate either options listed below. After this, it is understood that you have accepted the policy.

    12 inch Latex / 18 inch Foil  - we will compensate for the amount. 
    36 inch Latex/ 40 inch Number Balloon/ Theme Foil/ Custom Bubble T-Balloon  - we will allow re-delivery/ re-collect/ refund to your bank account.

    E.g. John ordered 24” Customised Bubble T-Balloon Set B (6pcs 12inch Latex Balloon + 1pc 24inch Bubble T-Balloon).
    Upon delivery he inspected and noted that all balloons are in good condition. 1 hour later,  2pcs 12 inch Latex burst, so he contacted us. In this case as it is within the grace period we will refund him for the 2pcs 12 inch Latex Balloon ($4). 

    E.g. Jane ordered a Birthday Number Set C (12pcs 12 inch Latex Balloon + 2pc 40 inch Number Balloon). 
    Upon delivery she inspected and noted that all balloons are in good condition. 1 hour 30 minutes  later, 1pc 40inch Number burst, so she contacted us. In this case, as it is within the grace period we will allow re-deliver in 1-3 hours.

    Please understand that balloons are fragile and occasional bursting is an inherent part of the industry. Therefore, unlike some companies that would not be responsible for any damages or losses once the balloons are collected or delivered.

    Partybang aims to exceed market standard practices by providing with a 2 hour grace period from time of collection or delivery where you would either get compensated by a replacement or refund to your bank account.

  3. Can I have my balloons delivered a day before my event?
    Based on the floating time above, it is not advisable as the common 12 inch balloon lasts between 6 to 8 hours. Foil balloons may last 3 to 7 days. Air-filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but they will not float. Moreover, with the grace period of 2 hours. If you do arrange earlier, and in the case the balloon does burst before your event we would not be able to assist further.

  4. Can I arrange collect/delivery to be at 9am?
    Yes, we can collect/deliver your order between 8-9am or 9-10am. As our operating hours are from 10am to 7pm, please note that there is an odd hour fee for early collection/deliveries. The fee is 25% of the total order (excluding the delivery charge) or $25, whichever is higher. This ensures that we can meet your needs outside of our regular delivery hours.

    E.g. If your total order (excluding delivery charge) is $80, the odd hour fee will be $25 (since 25% of $80 is $20, which is less than $25).
    Product $80 + Delivery $25 + Odd Hour Fees $25

    E.g. If your total order (excluding delivery charge) is $200, the odd hour fee will be $50 (since 25% of $200 is $50, which is higher than $50).
    Product $200 + Delivery $25 + Odd Hour Fees $50. 

  5. Can I choose an exact delivery time for my order, e.g. 10.30am? 
    Many factors can influence your delivery time (traffic, weather etc.). During the checkout process, you will be able to select the time frame available which is a one hour window for delivery.

    E.g. Your order will be delivered between 10am-12pm.

  6. Can non-helium/ air filled balloons float?
    No, If you fill them with air, they will not float.  Helium air is lighter than normal air, causing them to make helium filled balloons float.

  7. Are the balloons ordered inflated?
    All [Helium Inflated] or [Air Inflated] balloons arrive inflated the day of your delivery or at pick up time. Unless it is stated that items comes deflated in packets. 

  8. Do you sell deflated balloons?
    Yes, we sell un-inflated balloons.

  9. Does my balloon come with a weight?
    Yes, all arrangements come with a water weight included in order to make sure you don't lose them. Unless it is indicated for the ceiling.

  10. How can I make my latex balloons float longer?
    ONLY 12 Inch Latex Balloons have a short float time of 6-8 hours with helium, ULTRA HI-FLOAT® can be added to balloons which will increase the float time up to 20 hours.

    What is Hi-Float?ULTRA HI-FLOAT® is a liquid sealant used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes through the latex skin. It can increase the float time by several days. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.

  11. Do you provide helium inflation service? 
    No, as we would not be sure of your balloon quality and ability to float. 

  12. Can helium balloons be used outdoors?
    Helium balloons can be used outdoors, but Singapore's hot weather may cause them to expand and potentially burst. In outdoor settings, helium balloons generally have a shorter lifespan due to factors such as wind, heat, and sunlight.

Rental FAQ

  1. How does the rental work? 
    4 Days Rental product cost + Security Deposit is needed to secure the items on your event date. 
    E.g. Event on Saturday
    Collect on Friday, Return by Monday

  2. Why do I need to pay security deposit?
    A security deposit is required to protect against any damage or loss of the rental product. It ensures that the item is returned in good condition and helps cover any potential repair or replacement costs.

  3. When would the deposit be refunded?
    Security deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Always remember to indicate your paynow number for refund. If you have not received it after 5 days please contact us, it may be due to missing paynow number OR wrong paynow number given.

  4. What is included in the rental price?
    The rental price typically includes the use of the props for the specified period, delivery, and pickup. Any additional costs for setup, cleaning, or extended rental periods will be outlined in the rental agreement.

  5. What happens if the props are damaged or lost?
    The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the props. You will be charged for repairs or replacement costs as determined by us. Please handle the props with care to avoid any issues.

  6. Can I extend the rental period?
    Extensions are possible based on availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to extend the rental period, and we will provide you with the additional costs. Please note that the rental period is for 4 days. Should the items be returned after the rental period, customers will be charged a full day’s rental for each additional day (to be deducted from deposit), unless otherwise agreed upon with us.

  7. What is the process for delivery and pickup?
    Delivery and pickup will be scheduled as per the rental agreement. If you have special requests or timing needs, please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.

  8. How should I return the props?
    Props should be returned in the same condition as received. Any additional cleaning or maintenance required will incur extra charges. Ensure all items are packed as they were delivered.

  9. What if I have questions or issues during the rental period?
    If you have any questions or encounter issues during the rental period, please contact us immediately. We are available to assist with any concerns and ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Set up FAQ

 

  1. What is the difference between a rental setup and all you can keep? 
    Rental: We provide a more affordable option for minimalist sets that is on a rental basis. It includes: Boards, Balloons, Setup & Teardown

    All you can keep: We allow customers to explore their creativity with their own customised artwork. Hence they are able to keep their own boards. It includes: Boards, Balloons & Setup.

  2. How long do you need to set up? 
    We would need a 1-hour timeframe for setup to account for uncontrollable factors like traffic jams, parking & unloading, difficulties in locating the venue and delayed arrivals on the customer end. This buffer ensures we can handle unexpected delays smoothly and still be prepared on time.

  3. What do I need to provide for the setup?
    Please ensure we have clear access to the setup area, and provide any specific instructions or details about the event space. If there are any special requirements, let us know in advance.

  4. Can I customise the balloon colours and designs?
    Yes! We offer a range of colours and designs for balloons and backdrops. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll work to create a setup that matches your vision.

  5. What happens if the balloons or backdrop are damaged during the event?
    While we strive for everything to be perfect, accidents can happen. If damage occurs, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for damages caused after the setup, but we’re happy to offer advice on quick fixes if needed.

  6. Do you provide on-site setup and takedown services?
    Yes, our team will handle both the setup and takedown of the balloon and backdrop decorations. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure everything is arranged at a convenient time.

  7. What if the weather is bad on the day of the event?
    If your event is outdoors, inclement weather may affect the balloons and backdrop. We recommend having a backup plan or indoor location. We can discuss weather considerations and offer alternatives if needed.

  8. Are there any size or weight restrictions for the backdrop setup?Backdrops and balloon arrangements are customised to fit your space. However, please inform us of any size or weight limitations in your event venue so we can plan accordingly.

  9. Can I change my setup plans after booking?
    We understand plans can change. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability and timing.

  10. What should I do if I have special requests or additional decorations?
    Let us know about any special requests or additional decorations when you book. We’re happy to work with you to incorporate any extra elements into your setup.

How to Place your Order?

How do I purchase my order on your site? 
  • Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  • Click on “Delivery / Store Pick up / Parcel Courer” & select your Date & Time.
  • Click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  • You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
  • To check on the Delivery Fees, you'll need to key in your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” Select your shipping methods.
  • Next you'll need to choose your payment method & follow the payment instructions
  • Then click “Paynow/Complete Order” button to complete the order

 

Team will drop you a Whatsapp Confirmation message within 24 hours of receiving the order.
